Just got my 1977 Royal Monaco Brougham. This is a dumb question: where is the horn? The 3 spoke wheel has some flexible plastic in the middle of each spoke. If that is where the horn is located, is it an electrical connection issue? Not sure where to start to trouble shoot this as I need...

I check his website relatively frequently. I happened to notice this weekend that all of his cars are now going to be auctioned in July (previously it appeared that several to be auctioned was from a collection). Maybe he is getting out of the classic car business?

Yes, it has been repainted once (that I am aware of). Here are a few pics. Found the thread you mentioned! I have copied all of that and will visit with my mechanic who has been helping me revive this car!
