Part # 2406516, engine is from '65 with 80k miles, didn't hear engine run and going to basic rebuild as very little wear inside. If I get a valve job do the seats need to be swapped out? How about then running the larger exhaust valves? I want a bit more performance is the valve size worth it...

Just bought a 413 out of a '65 Imperial. The numbers on top are 42 A413 and a casting number is 2468030, induction is a Carter AFB, I see horsepower ratings at 340 and 360, what determines this? Compression? 10:0 to 10:1?
