    Wire wheel or sand blast?

Heavily depends, if you grind things down you remove the material, wire wheel only removes what is loose, sandblasting does the same. Personally my preference is to wire wheel so I can see what is remaining, then only grind what I need to.. My 2 cents worth.

1969 Fury 3 Vrs 1970 Sport Fury Wheelwell & Rocker Panel Moldings - 2 Door

One more point not yet noted, a 69 Fury III would not have rocker panel mouldings, Atleast not from the factory as they were only used on the sport fury in 69. However I could be corrected on this, but at this point I have had a 69 Sport Fury, 4 69 Fury III's and a 69 VIP, only the Sport Fury...

    Rear bumper guard repair

That's a reasonable option, as I said, you want the master nearly perfect otherwise your just casting equally flawed copies

    Rear bumper guard repair

You would have to fill and smooth the original piece for a master, other wise you will just be casting flawed copies, also I don't think Epoxy would hold up or look right, you would have to look toward a urethane or flexible but rigid material. It is a viable option, just not an easy one.

For the roof, sand it to bare metal and then spray it in Epoxy.. As for the trim, are you referring to the clips or the pins they sit on?

    Rust Dissolving liquids?

I got it off a guy for a steal. When I first got it I blasted everything I could get my hands on.. Now I'm looking for options that are less resource consuming as I have one resto half done, one basket case half started and a fairly easy car waiting in the wings
