    Can't be aligned?

You said you were wearing the inside of the front left (drivers) side. You hit the right front (passenger) side. Hitting the right front won’t cause the left front to wear the inside. Wearing the inside of the tire is usually caused by too much negative camber, the top of the tire being tipped...

    Loose steering

The first thing is to check the all front end components for wear, if you haven’t already. You may have a bigger issue than just play in the pitman arm.

    cant find brake parts

That’s right for different width shoes the correct backing plate must be used. The backing plate keeps the brake shoe in the proper location in relationship to the wheel cylinder and the drum. You can’t put 3” wide shoes on a backing plate designed for 2 1/2” shoes or vice versa. To think of it...

    Fire... Brake fire that is

You have a caliper stuck or a hose to that caliper that has a restriction not allowing the fluid to return to the master cylinder. If the front brake hoses are old I would replace both of them. After getting the rotor that hot you may still have issues after the caliper is sorted out. You may...

    Steering Question

My bad the hose is Gates not Parker. And you might want to use a hose spring to keep the return hose from kinking. The Gates # can be seen in the top picture.

Rear brake is driving me nuts...

Sure sounds like your rear brake has pressure still within the lines. One quick check, get the wheel to hang up, raise the rear end and support with jack stands. Crack the bleeder on the wheel hanging up.If the wheel turns freely you have pressure being trapped in that line. At this point you...

Dragging rear brake shoes, drum brakes 11x2.5

I may have missed it but I don't see where anybody mentioned the park brake cables being frozen (rusted) to the point where they don't move. You could have one side staying applied. What I've done in the past is disconnect the cable and test drive to see if that one side still gets hot.
