    Front disc upgrade

As an aside the factory caliper bolt holes are 6 and 7/8's of an inch center to center. Should you ever wish to go that route.

    Front disc upgrade

You can piece a system together. The issue becomes the caliper bracket. They don't make one. The hubs are close enough to use on the factory disc spindles so you'd have your choice of rotors. I ditched the factory rotors, machined some '14 MKZ rotors to fit. Then I made caliper brackets on...

    Wilwood calibers

Yeah I converted to Wildwood from BUDD. But I'm also using 2014 Lincoln MKZ rotors. So there's a bit involved. If your rotors are good then the swap should be fairly easy. Should just need to make a caliper bracket. The BUDD bolt spacing is 6"and 7/8s. The Wildwoods I used had 3.5" bolt...

    Safe line master cylinder?

Going with this is a disc car for now. This is the same one NAPA offers for both the 67 C's and the Imperial. It's USA made if I don't mis-remember it actually came in a Raybestos box. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NMAM1878?partTypeName=Brake+Master+Cylinder&keywordInput=master+cylinder

68 fury sedan drum to disk

While I don't have their conversion kit, I do run those calipers included in the kit on the factory disc knuckles and Lincoln MKZ rotors, I can say they are more than enough to stop a C body quickly. I would surmise Wilwood has put in enough RD to make it a quality kit. Should I luck myself...

    Brake Line Material

Oh I don't know NiCopp has been used in Europe for decades now and no issues. If it's good enough for their anal-retentive rediculousness it's good enough for me.
