To paint or not to paint....fuel tank

I'd say if you're not going to paint it and it's going to stay clean and dry in a garage...maybe coat it with some oil to protect from flash rust? Just a suggestion.

This car would be a blast! Hopefully someone here is on the ball and actively pursuing it because I want to see and learn more, good luck!

Mathilda's 5th Anniversary with Familiarum Mauritius!

Gerald I gotta say your Chrysler is super sharp! I've been hankering for a slabside for a while now, and your coupe has really got my blood pumping! But the best part of your thread is how you speak of using Matilda daily! That is absolutely the best part of your story...not only are you and...

    Burnt 66 New Yorker

Anyone remember this car? Stumbled across these pics online recently but I think it was on this forum a couple years ago when it was auctioned. I'd be interested in purchasing and putting it back together if it's still around.

    Barn Find! 2 1966 Newport’s and a New Yorker

Your New Yorker has really caught my eye. Lately I've been researching slabsides and after comparing the front end styling with the other models, I think I prefer the 66 New Yorker more than any other. My father in laws 66 Newport comes in a close 2nd. By the way, he's looking for straight front...

    Last weekend at the junkyard...

Wyatt I can for sure say that the middle seat bottom and the right outside mirror from that 71 Polara will not fit on a 72 Monaco. The bar for the folding middle seat will interchange if you drill the hinge hole out to 1/2":D

    Couldn't Help Myself

Hopefully you dont mind me hijacking this thread, but is this also true for a C body wagon? I'm in the beginning stages of planning a trip for a 72 wagon (roller), and I'm guessing there's a few of you guys that know the dimensions and weights off the top of your heads.
