This is the bushing you are looking for. 1964 dodge throttle shaft plastic bushings - Google Shopping But I replaced mine with a flange bearing. If I Remember the shaft is 3/8th . I drilled 2 holes in the bracket and 2 small screws to secure it. A lot nicer than the plastic piece in my opinion...

My 64 was converted to a slip yoke, the trunnion flange was replaced with a bolt on u joint flange. The drive shaft was then made with a slip joint in it. A good driveline shop should be able to do it. I can get some pics if wanted.

Put the rear of the car up on jackstands, with the wheels off the ground no chance of anything or anyone getting hurt. Pock and prod and anything else you want to test with no risk.

I would double chk ,that it is the pan gasket leaking, other spots can leak giving the appearance that it is the pan gasket.

You had to change draft tubes to PCV valves and add a NOX device to most cars for initial registration and the biannual smog inspection. Used to be 1953 and down had no smog inspection as it stands now only 76 and newer have smog inspections on most vehicles.

Early aftermarket NOX reduction control, toss it. Required back in the day for Ca smog inspection's hook vacuum lines back up per factory.

As stated chk the size . that looks like the one for GM you need the larger one for Mopar
