You need to screw the molding clips to the side of the rocker panel but not too tight. Then you need to gently tap the molding so that the curved top part of the molding slides in over the top of the plastic clips. Then screw the bottom of the rocker molding to the rocker panel. Good luck.

There are screws on the bottom of the rocker panel molding underneath the rocker. See if you can spray some PB Blaster in any gaps from underneath the car. Once you get the screws out, gently push the molding upwards towards the door as the top edge of the molding has a “channel” that fits over...
