    Im getting close.... but did i forget to tell about the subwoofer..... Well... the broomstick is right in the ... trunk. But i have been pokeing around with that stick now for half an hour without success. Where should i place the screwdriver to be able to unlock the lid . Uhhh so close...

    Thanks guys.... i will kill the homless, cut my cushions and suck the vaccum hose for all Im worth.. During the weekend I (or my daughter) will remove the back seat and try to reach the lock...

    Agree, this is much better than using fiberglass or something else just to hide it.. Not even this car would do better with fiberglass :icon_lol:

    Im scared when I read all of this metal epoxy, POR 15 and fiberglass use. In my opinion thats only a lazy mans way of hiding the rust. I have seen it so many times on cars from US and it looks like S!&#t. Its like poeple are thinking.. if i dont see it its not there....But the rust it is there...

    Someone said i was going to find more....and that was true It has been a lot of cutting and welding... I have never fabricated so big floor pans myself before but Im quite satisfied with the result.

    Yes, this wasn't realy what i had hoped for. But thats the risk you have to take when you buy cars without seeing it in person. I love my garage and the car so I think it's a pleasure to fix it. And when it's done it will be even better driving the car knowing that the floor is in a good shape.

    Mechanically perfect ....but I will try to improve it's body condition within the next years, starting with the floor this winter.

    Here's some pictures. In my dreams... it will have a new paint in a couple of years, i think i'l go with the b7 jamaica blue metallic and a set of Magnum 500 with spinners.
