Is that the one that was for sale in North Carolina about six months ago? I was considering that one, but ended up buying a Dart convertible instead. The one in North Carolina was a 383 automatic with console. It was a pretty Fury that we discussed here in a couple different threads.

We've seen that one before. Its the one that has the ugly dash from a 64 Chrysler.

Its real easy to find ads with stupid prices on them. Cars that you know will never go for anywhere near the asking price, such as this 66 Polara convertible (advertised as a 67) for $35k... 67 Dodge Polara! ...or this 65 Imperial Ghia limo advertised for one million dollars... Chrysler...

Then theres this 66 Polara vert identified as a 67. With a stupid price and no description beyond the obvious, it may be a bogus ad. 67 Dodge Polara!

Okay, has anyone gone to look at this 69 Sport Fury vert? Its been for sale for a long time now, and it bothers me that it hasn't yet sold. I'm thinking maybe I should make the 6 hour drive to see it myself. If anyone has looked at first hand it I would like an opinion before making the trip.

The floral print vinyl top appears to be the material used on 69 Mod Top Satellites. Its not the Mod Top material used on Mod Top 69 Darts and Coronets.

Oh wow, I didn't know there was both a Monaco and Monaco 500 convertible in Canada. I knew the Monaco convertible had different side trim from any of the US built convertibles. Appears the Monaco 500 shared its side trim with the US built Polara 500. That truely is an unusual car.

The side trim is Polara 500, not Monaco. Polara 500 convertible was not a Canada only model.
