The obvious answer is that nobody wants your truck, even with the reasonable price. Perhaps offer it on the pickup forum - someone there must want a nice pickup???
Probably as they're sportier (or thought to be sportier) cars than the majority of C-bodies, let alone being a more compact size and thus are more likely to fit today's smaller carports and garages. It's also likely there are more parts available than for a C-body.
You could probably remove the additions but surely there are shops who do such installations who could get it running as intended?
Maybe update the tuning software to the 2020 version.
