SOLD 1970 Chrysler 300 Convertible in B7 blue in Bennington, NE

Someone over here in Council Bluffs has a Rolls-Royce Corniche, ca. 1980. I think this 300 is much prettier! The blue and white is gorgeous. Dang, I wish I could afford it. Lovely weather in these parts; perfect for driving her home.

For Sale 1970 Newport convertible (69k miles, 383-2, DY3 yellow with black buckets in Joliet, IL)

FCBO is great for helping buyers ferret out inconsistencies like on this car. (Though for me, that's irrelevant; I can afford only to dream about it.) This car is similar in color to a Rolls-Royce Corniche that someone around here owns. When I saw it, I remember thinking, "I'd rather have a...

For Sale 71 Neport Tripple Greem

It's not my favorite color scheme, but if I owned that comfort zone on wheels, I wouldn't dare alter it. That was back when a "completely updated" kitchen actually looked like a kitchen, not an autopsy room or crime lab. But I digress... Given what was going through my mind about the greens of...

For Sale NOT MINE 1974 Police Fury

I've never gotten a speeding ticket (knock on/touch wood). That's because most of the time, I drive the speed limit; the other times, I've been lucky. Then again, for most of my driving life, I haven't had a V-8 car. Sammy Hagar's "I Can't Drive 55" fits my T&C very well!

For Sale Executive Special Order 74 Newport eBay

From what I know about Walter P. (subject to omissions and misinterpretations), this f#€kup would have really pissed him off, and between swear words would come orders to get it right or abandon the idea.

For Sale Executive Special Order 74 Newport eBay

Given that it was ordered in Nebraska, I suspect that the buyer wanted Husker colors.

For Sale Executive Special Order 74 Newport eBay

If I could afford to buy it, I'd say, "damn the non-functional ATC and full speed ahead!" It's an oddly equipped car; its uniqueness adds to why I like it. But most of the people who don't call me strange are strangers.

For Sale 1973 chrysler newport - $9000 (no engine)

A Chrysler Newport race car? I'm all for people marching to a different drummer, but... A $hitload of money to pour into it without doing a faithful restoration or even an eccentric art-car.

For Sale Was this Cordoba traded in for a Toyota?

It's a beautiful car, but $13K of beauty? Nope. Wonder what they'd ask if it had a V-8, leather, and power everything? Regardless of what equipment this Cordoba lacks, I'd hate to have its ex-owner on my tail. If s/he thinks those new Toyotas are better looking, one's either blind as a bat, or...

For Sale 1974 Chrysler Newport *21k original miles, survivor, factory big block - $2900 (Allison Park)

Unisex...um, universal nozzle for 87, 89, 91 octane at a BP station, Omaha: Only the 91-octane is nonalcoholic. It's also what my owner's manual specifies for the 440 4-bbl. Not shown: lady at next pump calling her partner's attention to the long station wagon.

For Sale Someone is WAY over-priced

He sure has his priorities straight. His buddy is alive and well. As painful as it had to be to lose the house and its contents, they're just inanimate objects.

The new Toyota and Lexus lines therefore make the epitome of cool.:poke:

For Sale 1974 Chrysler Newport *21k original miles, survivor, factory big block - $2900 (Allison Park)

Taste is subjective. I like the colors, inside and out. (I do agree that it "needs" a vinyl top.) Today's cars (and buildings) look as if their designers think Fifty Shades of Grey is a color-selection manual. A columnist on Curbside Classics bitched about the black dash trim and steering wheel...

    For Sale RARE!1973,newport,2dr,with continental kit,good - $3850

I wish I had some money to burn on another C-body commuter car. It isn't that far from me. He's from Ft. Dodge? I love the Hawkeye State for some of its place names. We also have a Plymouth County and DeSoto Bend Park/Wildlife Refuge.

For Sale 1964 Dodge 880 "Crew Cab" - 15K Miles

Oh man oh man oh man! I want it! (Not gonna happen, but I can dream, can't I?) The '64 880 is near the top of the list of my favorite big Mopars. I'm reminded of a dirty joke with the punchline, "And if the rubber breaks, you're dead!" I think that BF Goodrich even makes repops, available at...

For Sale 70 Imperial (Please sit down before you look here) CL

This thing is way too expensive for its only legitimate purpose (IMO): a parts car (and only if you need front end and forward cabin pieces). How 'bout being USED do driving only a smart fortwo or a diesel VW Rabbit. I'd imagine it'd do wheelies all too EZ-ly. :mad:New coworker told me last...
