What a bizarre way to fix that quarter! So much unnecessary cutting, welding, grafting and then, body filler.

It’s not 100% rust free but not terrible either. It has rust in the lower quarters under the trim and in the trunk floor drop offs. Minor spot in the trunk too. I have it on the B body site. It’s in their registry too. I’m just going to part it. Maybe a derby guy would want the body?

The car had a built up drive train. 440, 727 and an 8 3/4 rear.

Decided to sell my 66 Newport project. This is a life long Arizona car. It has been parked since 1993 when the owner wasn’t able to drive anymore. I’ve not had it running since owning it and I don’t know when it last ran. The engine turns over so it’s not locked up. Trans fluid looks good too...

That car is at a tow yard. I’ve bought a lot of cars from them. Pretty easy to deal with. This car was there last time I was there. Looked decent. I didn’t look at it too close since it was a small block and has the ugly back window :poke::D
