On the truck side of things there are several people who have used a 3D printer to reproduce unavailable clips.Perhaps you could find a shop in your area that has one and try that.

The grille I found finally arrived yesterday and sadly was damaged quite badly in transit.I believe I can repair most of the breaks, but this one is different. It is in the passenger side bezel and it is not only cracked, but spread. Any ideas on how to repair this sort of damage on cast pot...

Two key questions Critter...1st-did you disassemble the oil pump and clean it before you installed it? 2nd- did you confirm lifter rotation after assembly? Very important details that some skip to their ultimate sorrow.
