Does this one allow 14" wheels?

I have one from a 65 Monaco, factory issue on all them I believe. They mount in front of the radiator.

Those will not work. Different cable end at the transmission, also different gears than the later ones.

I had the same problem of a ridiculous rake after I added an extra factory main leaf on my 65. I compensated by running a much shorter tire on the rear - has a mild rake unless the trunk is full when it'll now ride level.

Common size for 80's vintage D150's.

And I'm sure she reminds you of that every chance she gets, doesn't she?? :poke: (Pretty sure all sisters work that way..)

It kinda looks to me like someone has added an additional 'main leaf' to the original spring pack. Mine were cut a little straighter than that one, but it is very effective, almost too much so some times.

I really enjoy reading others' projects where they're paying attention as they go and notice these little things. So many folks just 'slap it together' and hope. Good Yob, man... :thumbsup:

Except there's a pentastar cast into them.

Like so - not a really nice example, but....... And standard 5 x 4.5" bolt circle, wheels are 15 x 7.
