    '68 Fury washer nozzles

Damn. The c-body nozzles don't exist. it looks like the Van's part is like what's on your Dart. Crap photo on their site as well. Really appreciate you posting the photos. I'll use the Fury photo to try and track down the correct part. Cheers.

    '68 Fury washer nozzles

Any idea if these bad boys will fit/work with my '68 Fury ll? Windshield Washer Hose and Nozzle Kit Electric 1967-1974 A-Body My whole washer kit (reservoir, hoses, nozzles) are gone-ski. From what I've found listed as used c-body nozzles it looks like these may work. Just hoping to get a...

    Help With Windshield Washer Tube.

Hi BlueFury361, I am wondering if you know if the windshield washer hose and nozzle kit that you listed here (1957-1974 A-body) would fit my 1968 Fury ll? I can/will call 'Van's' but often times the suppliers don't have the info on what works with what. My whole washer system is MIA so...

My new old Jet Age 300

Thanks all for the clarification. I'm a suspension kook- I don't know anything about suspension other than shocks are part of the system. I'd like to propose a "sticky". We'll call it "Turning the adjuster nut on the torsion bars only raises the vehicle and doesn't affect ride stiffness".

My new old Jet Age 300

"You can effectively increase spring rate (and clearance) on the front by cranking up the torsion bars (bandaid IMHO) and re arching the rear springs. " So does adjusting the torsion bar nut affect spring rate or NOT?!?! I was told that the torsion bar adjusting nut had NOTHING to do with...

there out there You'd have to drive a while though... I'm assuming everyone at this forum knows all about Wildcat Auto Wreckers up in Oregon?? They specialize in classic mopars- rather I should say they exclusively deal with classic mopars. When I went there last I asked if they had any '68...

    Looking for a little help...

Well, Two steps forward, three steps back!! Had a very nice and fine trunk sheet metal replacement job done on my "68 Fury ll. No more dust sneaking through dust holes, all sealed up with a Rhino-liner type equivalent product. Thick metal. All good. Only problem is when I tried to...

16lb rad. cap too much for heater core?

I will add one to one of the radiator mounting bolts. It looks like a 10 AWG wire will suffice. Gonna replace my 52 year old block to firewall strap as well with a new braided type. Thanks again, Dave, for your prompt input. I appreciate all you guys. I have yet begun to thrash with...

16lb rad. cap too much for heater core?

Hey Dave, I have a '68 Fury. Do you think it would be beneficial to add a fender ground? Or radiator mount?

16lb rad. cap too much for heater core?

Ha!! Just something else for me to worry about happening when I've got a thousand other things still to install and get running. I definitely do NOT have any other ground coming from the battery to the fender. Just the cable going to the driver side head. Should this split off of the main...

16lb rad. cap too much for heater core?

Hi Dave, I was hoping to get your opinion on electrical system grounding. I've been reading that some mopars had an additional ground strap/wire from the battery to a radiator mounting bolt. Would this be an issue with an aluminum radiator? Could the ground add to the galvanic action of...

    Engine ID?

Yes. I’m going with 1/28/1973. The closer I look at the stamp it seems like the 28 is close together with a larger space to the 2 and 3. And, I found a page online that lists moose engine colors and shows ‘73’s as being blue. So we have the vin sequence, engine cast date and blue paint...

    Engine ID?

from what I found online I think you're right. But, this motor came with the '68-'69 type timing cover, etc. so I wonder what's going on. I thought if we knew '73 blocks had that blue painted on them that would help determine year. But then other folks have thought the M on the stamp behind...
