Cool - and no worries - not trying to be picky. I have great respect for what you bring to this forum. As I've seen quite often in the past, the mix-up happens quite often re info on 65s - since the 65 was the first year where the Fury had transitioned from B body to C body. Even in parts...

@Davea Lux - are you sure that 426 HEMI was offered? I know that a 426 wedge was, but I've never seen documentation to say that the hemi was available in a C body in 65.

Nice car - Quirey Quality Design is a member here on the board. @QQE Question - the anti moan springs that are around your brake drums - are they supposed to be red, or did you just paint them that colour for some splash? No criticism, just interested.

I don't see anything wrong with that line - it looks exactly like all 3 of my AC big block 66s. There's a bit of an optical illusion right by the firewall and the drain flap...

Note - for historical reference only and not diminishing the quality of the work - note that the car has an incorrect brake booster, fender wiring harness straps are incorrect, AC low pressure copper return line should be black or engine colour (assembly plant specific), air cleaner is...

Nice car. Unusual colour combo. Nicely optioned although I'd have ticked off power windows and seats, tilt/tele, AM/FM with Reverb and autopilot on the options list if it were me... Not a one of one. My 440 4 speed car likely is though...

Rear seat heat has air intake from the 6x9 speaker hole, and runs that air through a small heater core (using antifreeze plumbed from the engine block), and the air exits out at your feet at the back seat bottom. You can see one of the heater hose connections on the left side of the blower...

I'd prefer and Automatic Trunk Closer - I could likely trouble-shoot and repair something like that!!
