I would bet your car as optioned (mauve roof and white body), is extremely unusual, and could well be one of the only ones so optioned that year. You might consider returning it to that configuration simply due to that rarity.

Some don't have a keyway (like my cars), and it's best to scribe alignment marks - AMHIK... lol.

@Wollfen is correct, however, I think he meant to say roll pin, not cotter pin. Don't use a cotter pin but a roll pin to go in there. The hole is a little off centre and the roll pin sits in the groove on the spline. You need a punch to tap it into place. The roll pin by design is spring...

Yes if you want NOS, however there are likely tens of thousands of good used out there for cheap cheap cheap. Check with the derby guys. Sad but true.

One can see them on eBay quite often. Tip: Mid 80s full size Ford and Lincoln power antenna is a direct swap with bezel changes.

I don't believe so, but there may have been an option, since the 66 Charger did that. I always thought that would be an excellent look for a 66 Monaco 500, and considered doing that to my green car. Never did though, as the Charger ones were a couple of inches short...

Door handles, arm rests. There are other differences, but I can't remember off hand...

They are a GM connector (column made by Delco). Try searching the Buick Olds Cadillac vendors.
