I don't know of a vendor. However, you could disconnect the battery, and when the time-of-day (or night, whichever is closer or convenient) matches what your clock hands are, reconnect the battery and you're all set. Repeat twice a year for Daylight Saving... I know my suggestion might sound...

Jon, this just occurred to me that you might not know this: The lug nuts on the driver's side of older Mopars are Left Hand Thread, so beware if and when you remove those wheels. This practice stopped around '71 but your car definitely came from the factory with Lefties. The studs were marked...
