Wiper motor pivot bushing. The help products used make them but find a OEM mopar one and grease where the ball linkage goes into! Ocassionally you can find them in the Mopar rebuild kits. Get a part number of a IPB. Tommy at parts hound might have one.

I have bought alot of weatherstripping and seals from Rock Auto in the universal section under body. You just need to know the profile of what you need. They usualy sell it by the foot and it is very reasonable also.
