Q on the VON means it was either a Public Relations car or a Chrysler Exec Lease car. Either way, usually loaded. Public Relations would be a press car, a TV/Movie car, etc. An Exec lease car could have been someone in Detroit, a high level person at Chrysler, or a dealer rep.

Looks like it was sold new at Fridays in Iowa? Funny, I have the blue letters off their building that says "FRIDAYS" in the blue tiles.
