72 Fury 360 Radiator Cap -- vents coolant -- is this correct?

72 was a transition year, some cars had overflow tanks but most did not, two different radiator caps were used depending on which you had, here is a photo of my 72 Polara with overflow tank and correct one year only cap.

    ALUMINUM WATER PUMP HOUSING

Thanks Dave but the original harness is missing the connector. I was hoping somebody had already done this, guess I'll go first!

Too far apart, it really comes down to do I sell the aluminum and go with the somewhat crappy looking original? Or drill and hope for the best?

    ALUMINUM WATER PUMP HOUSING

I have an NOS harness, the wire wont reach and I don't want to cut and splice. I just got a good deal on the housing so I thought I'd give it a shot. I still have the original cast housing that I can use if the aluminum piece is going to be a pain in the butt.

    ALUMINUM WATER PUMP HOUSING

Awhile back I purchased an aluminum water pump housing, the problem is the temp sensor is in a different location. Has anybody here drilled and taped one of these to locate the sensor to the stock location? I'm not sure there's enough material to do this safely.

    Radiator over flow tank ID

My data book lists two radiator caps, open system and closed. Ever try finding the correct radiator cap for a 72 or 73 closed system? They are year specific.

    Radiator over flow tank ID

My 1972 Polara has one, hard piece to find NOS. I know some late 70's Dodge pickups had overflow tanks with a green cap, my guess is it's a retro fit from a later Mopar product.
