For Sale 1971 Chrysler AM/ FM Radio

If it is OK to add this comment, I just wanted to point out that your radio would not have been in a 1971 Chrysler originally - given the curved front face, it came out of a Plymouth or Dodge. It is also a non-stereo radio as well. Just FYI to avoid any potential mix up in the sale of it.

SOLD 70 Sport Fury int. panels new SMS

Normally, you would have to send them your original door panels with the woodgrain panel and the Sport Fury emblem still on the panels and they would transfer them to the new panels. If you didn't supply those with your old panels, then they couldn't have done that. I sent them my original...

For Sale 1971 Sport Fury & GT Door & Rear Interior Panels $1,000

Thank you for the notice - you have a great memory! If it were possible to cancel my order with SMS, I would. They don't do refunds and I suspect they are making a profit on those who order panels from them and then die in the mean time before they have to make them and so they take the money...

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

Perhaps they do look better but the early ones were easily broken given how far forward they went and as high as they were positioned. Nice seats!!

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

Assuming the bucket seats in your 1972 Imperial are correct for the car, then the switch/bezel assembly is not the same as the one in this post for a 1970 model (the switch itself is the same - it is the bezels that are different). Given the angle of the photo in the listing, they appear...

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

Just a slight correction here, as I believe that power seat switch that is part of the sale was also used on 1969 model bucket seats but it was for sure not used for the 1971 models. The 71 models used a different switch and lower bucket side shield from the 1969 and 1970 models.

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

Understood John - thanks. I guess we do differ a bit then as I do have some of the original plastic side pieces and seat backs that are still useable, but I will not use them because I don't want to have to think about being real careful when I sit down to not accidently wreck one of them...

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

You said the original side trim etc. is hard to come by so I just wanted to let folks know that at least new reproduction is available (minus the trim). The driver seat side shield is missing in this sale, so I am just letting folks know that reproductions are available in case they may not...

For Sale 1970 300 power bucket seats with buddy cushion

Apart from this sale, which I agree is a good deal, new reproduction seat side shields and seat back covers are available from ABC Moparts. The stainless trim on them, however, is not. The reproduction side shields/seat backs are made of heavier duty fiberglass I believe and are much more...

For Sale 71-78 C body Black Molded Carpet

I hope you checked it when you received it relative to dimensions. From the label, I assumed they could have interpreted it as for a Chrysler Corporation B body such as Chargers and Road Runners or even the Satellite or Coronet models potentially. So I would not assume it is obvious - check...

For Sale 69-73 dodge Plymouth am/fm

Plymouth and Dodge radios were not the same for 1969 and 1970, and during those years they both used thumb wheels, not knobs as on your example, while the face plates in the Dodges were flat and those in the Plymouths had curved faces. The Dodge and Plymouth radios and dashes in general were...

SOLD 1967 -1972 Chrysler or Imperial "Power Disc Brakes" Pedal Trim

The problem with finding these is that usually the lower right side of the trim piece is worn through after about 70K miles and being driven in city traffic frequently. That one seems to have perhaps a similar issue, or is it just the photo?

    SOLD 72-73 Bucket Seats

OK, thanks. It looks like it was not 72 Fury: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/colorAndTrim/1972/72_Fury0009.jpg rather, 73 only then: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/images/dealerships/colorAndTrim/1973/73_Fury0005.jpg But with different seat foam and covers...
