"Thrown a rod" might mean it just has a bottom end knock right now, flipper probably filled the motor with some heavy weight oil to quiet it down and with the headers, lumpy cam and the new buyer being excited about the car is hoping it will go unnoticed.

I really like the custom work done to exterior of the car, it's unique and well executed IMO. The interior I'm not such a fan of.

I really like the green with a tan interior, friend of mine has a 70 Challenger in EF8 with a Saddle tan interior and it's sex as all heck!

Nice looking wagon but for the kind of money he's wanting the seats should be redone, and that radio hole is going to be a PITA to repair since it appears the metal is missing. And what is that rod running from the hood torsion bar over the radio to the rad support? Don't see too many 68 T/C...

I would have been a lot happier with that if it had been put on a 1st gen Cummins 12V chassis and running gear....;)

My 68 T/C was power drum from the factory with a 440.

Man 1700 for a rust free manual shift V8 70 Fury II....if that had been close to me I would have been hard pressed not to purchase it on the spot. Comment bout rust free metal is very accurate, I purchased a rust free 383/2bbl/auto 68 Coronet 500 4dr out of a wrecker many many moons ago for...

I have always liked the sport grain option.....but having a 68 T/C wagon I might be a bit biased. ;):D

Probably stored outside in a field with grass growing up around it.....sure has that left to rot look about it. Sad it deteriorated that much in 10 years.

No the 68 T/C did not come standard with disc brakes....power brakes most likely, but not default disc. My 68 T/C wagon was power drum until I did the 73 disc conversion. ;) Beautiful wagon regardless!! Wonder if the spot light was factory or dealer installed?
