    Yes, that is the correct switch for tilt column with cornering lights. The knob for the hazard is removed from the old one with a Phillips screw.

    If your New Yorker does not have cornering lights, you can still use the switch with cornering lights. This is just a separate plug that goes on the end of the contact board.

    There is a mounting bracket on each side at the rear. It is held in by four screws. This bracket is what the skirt retaining screw goes into. If it warms up, I will take some pictures for you.

    You can also use 1969 thru 1972 spindles. They use the same size wheel bearings as the drum brake cars.
