    I found out that repeated sprays of "PB Blaster" Works great. Don't forget to lube the hell out of everything before you reassemble the rollers.

    16 inch? Are you measuring the wheel from outside edge, to outside edge? The correct way is to measure from Bead to Bead. That should give you the correct measurement of 15 inches. The "Recall" wheels had a problem with the lug nuts working loose, make sure you torque them to the correct value...

    This is the bad part of old fuel and rust, you should replace the fuel pump, and filter and see if it gets better, but don't be surprised if you have to overhaul the carb.
