Where there manual A/C along with ATC

Do to my recent education on ATC, I feel like it would be a deal breaker when I get my next car, especially since A/C it is one of the main options I want on another car. Were there manual A/C units along with ATC every year for our c-bodies? In case it matters most interested in 65-71. Did...

Identifying a 67 Imperial ATC car

I am going to check out a 67 Imperial. It is an A/C car. I presume if it is an ATC car it will be clearly displaced as one. I am hoping and thinking that is will not be. The VIN lists it as a medium optioned car, I figure that is a good sign. I know it has power vents and leather buckets...

Straighting out a heater core outlet?

When I removed the old heater hoses I damage the outlet. Anyone with advice to get it back into shape. I feel like I didn't do that much damage. Here is a pre restoration picture of the detailed damage. It leaked pretty bad, a steady stream once the engine got warm.

    180 Thermostat in my 383?

I have seen both 160 and 180 used. I have a new re-cored radiator and it never actually had any overheating problems before the re-core, but I don't know what thermostat was in it. Should I just go ahead and put in the 180?

I need a new radiator for Goldie

I sent my radiator to be flushed and pressure tested. It made it to 10 lbs and that was it. They offer to re-core, but that would cost $350. I see everyone carries the Spectra radiator for around $220 range. I was just going to buy the Spectra any reason not to.

    Flushing my coolant

I was going to have my radiator reconditioned but I wanted to flush my system ahead of time. I drove it for about 100 miles on 32 year old coolant and it is really nasty now, with a lot of rust. Here is my plan and does it make sense. Drain radiator and as much that will come out of the engine...
