Just got an e-mail from A B C Moparts, it looks like a long delay on these pads. The guy that makes the molds is having some health problems. So say a prayer for his recovery, if you can, wait it out. I might have to go another route.

I spoke with Bob from ABC Moparts, they're hoping to have the new dash pads by August. Keep yer fingers crossed.

I'm converting a manual bench seat back to power, I have all the parts but I could use some reference photo's if anybody has them.

Just received my 72 Polara dash pad, on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 6, it lacks the definition of the original and the number of speaker holes is different. Hard to tell from the photo's but the original pad has a step up that runs along the top, the new dash is more of a slope.

I just picked up a mint used dash pad, my car won't be ready for another two or three years. I can store the pad in my basement where it's warm and dry but should I attach it to the frame? Or leave it separate? Should I wrap it up or does that cause more harm than good.

I'm taking the power bench seat out of a 70 T&C wagon, it has a wide chrome trim piece that runs around the base. Did all power bench seats have this? The seat is going into my 72 Polara sedan.
