I’ve been wanting to start this thread on this great forum for a while now so here goes. I have a lot to contribute and will do so over time but I think it will be great to have a go to place for all things Mobile Director. It would be nice to have a registry of known cars even if it’s just a...

    My new ‘64 Crown Coupe

I couldn’t pass on this one. Bought new in Hollywood CA and spent most of its life in the California desert region before moving on to its 3rd owner in Las Vegas who I got it from. It was last licensed in ‘83 but accumulated around 177K miles before going into long term storage with the second...

    NOS wheelcover find

Just had to share this amazing(to me) Local find. Came out of a local dealership where the guy I bought it from was working when they were cleaning out old inventory. It’s in the ‘69 parts book as the black wheelcover, these came in several background colors that year. In ‘67/8 they were only...

Well I haven’t taken delivery of it yet but I figure it’s a good time to start this thread. I’m going to finish the deal tomorrow and grab some parts while I’m there. I know it’s a charcoal with a red interior and I’m assuming a white top and it has an am/fm radio but that’s really all I can...

    Stumbled upon this today

It caught my eye on my way to a wedding today and I couldn't stop until afterwards so it was after dark. It's got some rust issues down low but it was kool to see. It allegedly ran and drove 5 years ago but it doesn't look like it's been on the road for many more years than that.

    Just a photo opp.

This is in front of the art museum at Cranbrook where I have a client I was meeting with. It was such a nice evening so I decided to grab a few pics. I'm going to have to come back for the Warhol exhibit. This is one of my favorite places in the Detroit area.
