Restoring 1969 Chrysler 300 Convert. Weekend driver.

General Information

35603311545_f86d8027fa_b.jpg Bought in 2016. Many elect. issues. Replaced axles and bearings. Pulled dash repaired gauges, replaced printed circuit board, replaced dash fascia. Replaced seat buns, repaired seats, new carpet. Repainted trim shadowing as needed. Replaced tires and wheels w/ 16 slot rims, L78/15 radial tires. Still more to do. Stripped and painted exterior, chromed front and rear bumpers. Disassembled tail light assembles, front grill, hide away lights housing, bumper surrounds and restored all finishes. Still more to do.

Your right, Have been to a few shows. Haven't see 300 vert yet. Now if I could find a driver side pull handle. needs to be like oem.
 
Looks Good, I have a 69......They are a problem child but sooo worth it when all is functional ................
 
Does your 8-track player work?
I still have the original, Chrysler labeled, demo tape from my mothers 1970 Newport. I have also picked up several "Sound of Stereo" Chrysler demo tapes from other years from ebay. One still in the original shrink wrap.

Mine had sat for about 10 years and some kids got in and tore up a few things, had the interior restored and found no build sheet....I'd right COPY all over it if I could get a Repro....
