General Information

This is my 1973 North Carolina State Highway Patrol Dodge Polara. Back in 2000 I found it in a junk yard from an older gentlemen. For $200 it was mine. The car was complete including the original 440 HP engine and HD transmission. The car was missing only the fuel tank and radiator. This project is coming along slowly but will hopefully be with me in FL very soon.

I've seen a small handful of legit police cars that had an "L" ( Low Price Class ) as the 2nd character ; I believe that the '76 Valiant / Dart "A38" models have an "L" instead of a "K" .
Typically , a Certified Speedometre (140 MPH in this case) , "999" paint code(s) , extra dome lamp , etc.
