Selling my 1970 monaco wagon. 383 big block last owner did 440 heads hardened vavle seats...purrs and start no worries. Need work like all of them but this car is all matching numbers even original 2 bbl intake etc. Tossing in a mopar performer intake and 850 4bbl edelbrock. Couple rust spots but mostly solid no accidents 58k on clock tight wiper arms and almost no wear on brake pedal,,,,you know what that means its a true 58k car. Brakes work great...car was last driven in 2007 by last owner before the guy i got it from. Was a local town car all its life. A lucky one. Let me know...383 727 834 rear, disc brake car, hd rear drums and suspension, original rear spring shock 7 leafs on leaf springs HD and yes it has fender tag and i have the broadcast sheet. Runs strong no smoke, Clean title.
How much are you asking?
I have a Mopar performance 383 4bbl intake and Eldelbrock carb if interested....like new.
I only found a polara video no Monaco police wagons anywhere....and this dudes in Canada lmao.
Btw i have the taillights for back door i took off to clean leaves and dirt inside rust free door so until i finish i put grey tape over it... temporary.
The side lock arms it and the lock and chain under hood prevents hood from opening anymore than 4 inches. Just enough space to reach in with key and unlock 4 inch chain to open hood. Yeah totally vintage set up and super rare.
Floors have surface rust but wipers leaked on floor small spot of rust on right and rear storage tube at back since this is a fleet DH code car 6 passenger only. Official use as fleet vehicle. I have to get a Marti report on the car....most likely since it was a service vehicle or police or fire or forestry service car there probably isn't another one left around.
All wiring is clean and this car was optioned with a 5 1/2 watt deluxe 3 speaker radio and it was removed shortly after production by a fleet service company or dealer who had contract that armed the vehicles with certain equipment. One option was to remove the radio for a other equipment and put a chrome cap Where radio antenna used to be.
How do you access that lock with the hood closed?
What is that with the relay wires broken off? Looks like a blower motor? Oh wait it's a Siren. My bad LOL!
Yes no wear on pedal or wiper system all tight lock key underhood and fender. And siren all original.
