I found this car in Alabama on the side of the road. I had already started a 64 Dodge 440 restoration, when I seen the Hurst shifter and heard the cammed 440 I fell in love.

I am so happy I sold the B body and kept this ugly orphan. The body was as rust free as anything 50 years old could be expected. As near as I could tell, the car was "hotrodded" in the mid 90s.
The car came with a 3.23 rear and an A833 ball and trunnion trans. Nearly everything has been resealed.
The interior needs some love, but mechanically the car is sound.
Next on the list, are a 3.55 rear, or Dana swap, and disc brakes for the front.
There is a 4.375 440 stroker short block on the stand waiting to find a home between the fender wells.
The 440 with a 509 purple shaft cam runs really strong, it will almost be a shame to take it out.
My goal is to make whomever the PO's dream was, to make it a streetable hotrod.I am hoping that it breaks 10s.
God willing, I won't be divorced.

I'm with ya brother.. The heart wants what the heart wants. Thanks for saving it from God knows what.
