It doesn't really mean anything special. It's just stating the same as in the V.I.N. S- Special, 2- 2door, 3- hardtop. Special 2-door hardtop. Only 689 of em built. Technically an appearance rather than a performance package. Standard engine was the 318, optional was the Super Commando 383 4bbl.
