One More 1969 Fury Is Back In Business.

It's come a long long way and the finish line is in sight.

General Information

Paint is done. Not too shabby for a $300 paint job. All that's left are the seats and dash pad & thanks Mr Mark for all the spare bits and pieces but mostly for the nice fixable door panels. Car is originally R6 scorch red. Made it to the Fall Fling in Van Nuy's Woodley Park. It's come a long long way from that first drive home.

Wow, man. Good work! My first C-Body was a 69 Sport Fury.. those tail lights always get me!

That is very nice. I love the 69 Furys & Polaras. You've done an exceptional job.

Love your crusine on a budget.. Thats what enjoy the most about this hobby.. Fix'en her up as cheap as you can and still able drive and enjoy.. Great job.

Car looks great! Your driveway looks like it could be around 1970.
Thanks. Yep those are my daily drivers. The phord was going to be turned into a mad max interceptor copy but promised my daughter (years & years ago) I'd sell it and cash her out if she made it to ASU. Well I ran the clock out on that one. Fun while it lasted.

If I spent the time to completely restore it I'd be too old to drive it before it was finished. I got about $4k into the whole car first door ding 3 days after it was painted.

Thanks man. It's not a "real" sport fury those were the emblems I was given by a friend. My Fury IIIs were destroyed. Beggars can't be choosers. I got the door panels and most of the trim off a roached two door SF hardtop.
