Car sat for 17 years, v8 318 engine runs decent and needs tires, interior is in amazing shape and i have the alberta registration. Be the only one at a car show. Its fully loaded with ac and working 8 trak. Car is located by blackie, i can deliver possibly.

That’s just the loose end of the strap under the hood to keep it from flapping the straps go under the car I assume to anchor on the frame/suspension
