My dad bought one of those 1955 New Yorker St Regis Deluxe 2 door models off of a used car lot in 1959. He put over 100K miles on it and it ran like a top - just a great car. It even had the same exact colors on it and the same exact interior as well. All this one needs is the wide white walls on it to look perfectly original.

My name is Steve and I am from the east coast
I was lucky enough to latch onto this-Interior-paint-engine all original-solid as a rock and runs well-taking it to the stable were she will be in good company - I plan on going thru all the mechanicals after I get my sons 52 Hudson wasp finished-looking forward to all the material I can learn here. Don't mind the ugly guy in the photo he's only the billfold;-)

Welcome @2nevets and congrats on the NYer St Regis — the Collectible Automobile issue on the 1955 and 1956 Chryslers, way back when, is part of what got me started on Mopars.

First of a few questions Im sure-Power steering fluid coming out of the weep hole- I assume a rebuilding kit?
Thanks in advance
