NOT MINE - from FB marketplace

That´s a rare one isn´t it ? I really like it, seller says it´s unrestored but
the upholstery looks too good to be 65 years old IMHO

what am I doing wrong when copying FB links ? System doesn´t take it but leaves a huge blank gap where
I copied it :wtf:

Seems low in the front, but I guess that's the look the owner wanted. Not my style but maybe it could be returned to original.
Very nice otherwise.

You can't copy a link because Marketplace is only set up for people who live within a 100 miles of the product, the link isn't listed because it won't work for most people.

So the best thing to do is post the pictures and the city like you did. If someone want to see the actual ad, they can change their location on FB.

Instead of simply pasting the link, the solution is to link from one of the words in your text by selecting (i.e., highlighting) a word, clicking the following button in the FCBO edit/text window:

pasting the FB link into the dialogue box, and closing/saving your edit. Here is the 1955 De Soto.

Doing so avoids having the following

With the approach I suggested, I have zero problem opening/reading the ad at the link I just created above, despite being at this moment halfway across the country from Florida.

The biggest battle for these rare car is finding parts. This car appears to be complete and that is half of the battle to restoration.

Unrestored since they bought it, and numbers matching in 55...doubt it since I think they didn't start that until the mid 60's??

Nice clean car regardless.

I had a 56 Desoto wagon for a while. Bought it at Carlisle. It had dealer installed A/C and a little hemi, (engine color should be silver). What a great car. I sold it to Mike McCandless.
