Anyone ever hear of a Chrysler Nissan Diesel engine being FACTORY installed in a 1946 Ford F-350? Any info would be much appreciated

I believe the Chrysler Nissan collaboration began in 1969 so it would not be a factory install.

Thanks for the quick reply, the strange part is the pictures I have received shows the truck to have all sorts of factory style badging on the hood, dash, gauge cluster… (example- on dashboard a plate is riveted "Idle engine 5 minutes before stopping engine” also “ after starting engine run at less than 1000 rpm to prevent damage to turbocharger”
I am trying to set up an appointment to see the truck today if possible.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Sorry about slow response, work gets in the way. It sounds like a very interesting vehicle regardless if it is factory or not.

I personally love diesel. (pre emissions of course)
