1960 Fury 440 and 727 trans

Is it possible to hook up my original push buttons to my 727 trans, I still have shifting cable. I am driving with a Locar shifter now but would love pushbuttons.

I believe ,You would have to use a 727 from a 62-64 to use push buttons.
You would then have to figure out something with park lever.
There is a difference in the 60/61 crankshafts to bolt a 440 to a original 60/61 BB trans.

If you are using a newer, non push button trans, you will need a conversion cable. This will also mean giving up Park unless you find a work around.
