That car looks to be in perhaps #2 condition or even a little better - it is hard to tell from the few photos available. Those are truly collectable cars and are very rare and desirable. It is priced a little high perhaps, but not much. Here is the pricing from Collector Car Market Review:

I think it is a beautiful forward look car and would love to have it, but I would have to sell something I like better to afford it.

Yes, I saw that. Shipping from Norway is around $2K and there are no taxes for importing an American vehicle to the U.S. as I understand. So it wouldn't add much to a high price to begin with. That particular car, though, would grab attention everywhere you go and with the top down especially, would be annoying to deal with - I don't like being on display quite that much in Southern California traffic or on freeways. Need to be more extrovert to enjoy that one.
