Looks like they used the original valve covers. I think that this could be a fun conversation piece, but I would question how well the cross ram set up is going to work with the 440. With the original 413 and the solid lifter cam, these engines started to lose torque and run out of flow thru cross rams at about 4250 rpms, ran great up to that point. As the 413 cam shaft was considerably better suited for the cross ram set up than the 350 or 375 cams in the later engines, I suspect the increased displacement with the milder cam shafts are going to make the combo's high end suspect. Of course there is no way to tell without a road test or a run up on a dyno.
With a non stock engine, I also suspect that about $10k is probably the high end for this car as a collector item, but for a fun driver with a little work, who knows. Seen a lot worse for a lot more money.
