Where can you buy 1965 300 flor pans? Any body stamping them?

There are no quality pieces being made. You will need to find some good condition used floor pans, cut them out and patch yours.
Those are a donor car item, no one I am aware of does repops. The floor plate is the same for '65-'66 300, New yorker and Newport.

I used 68 fury sedan footwells in a 66 chrysler 300 and they fit exactly. You will find that all 65 to 73 C body front footwells are the same. The changes in the rear footwells are between sedan, coupes etc. due to different length wheelbases.

Good luck finding what you need. There donors out there but you have to be willing to travel to get them or pay some serius cash to get them to you.
I drove from Niagara Ontario to Cleveland, OH to pick my floor pan & rear trunk rails up about 6 years ago.
These were from a 65 Fury that had been dismantled to serve as a spare parts for a show car build.
This was the worst of the 3 he pulled apart spot weld by spot weld.
By worst, it had 2 spots that needed repairing and he fixed them before selling the pans to me.
What surprised me was that I dropped this pan into the car and every spot weld was a perfect match for my Polara.
Same with the trunk pan I found in North Carolina that same winter.
