1965 Chrysler new Yorker wagon Low miles

Not bad looking but overpriced, IMO. Power Vents though.

This car cost twice what a Ford Country Squire cost in 1965 great color combo black with red. Wonderful road car and lots of pulling power/Got an Airstream? $25,000, Never offered for sale till now. Wow, that's one car I'd love to own. The wagons ride so nice. $25k when you put it in perspective to what people spend $25k for like a Kia or any other bland, commonplace car of today, I'd say it's worth it.

Fewer than 50 left?" usually the only REAL way to confirm that is with some type of registry. Unless there's some hidden C-body or Chrysler wagon registry that somehow we didn't know about, this doesn't exist. Would love to know how they came up with THAT claim.

Definitely rare though, and definitely nice. Worth $25K? - hard to guess, seems doubtful..... this one will be fun to watch, at any rate...….

Only rear AC cars had them on the dash. The roof mounted AC unit interfered with rearward vision, so the mirror was dash mounted.

One of those odd things I've noticed, but never put it in correlation with the rear A/C. Makes sense, learn something new every day.

I used to regret seeing MOPARS going to Sweden/Netherlands, but then I met some of the owners at Carlisle shows years later, they are by and large BIG fans of the cars, and I have yet to run across one that didn't go to a good home over there. I would miss it too if I had given one up, but chances are (more likely than in the US actually) it's in good hands over there.....

The rear air/dash mirror was (I think) 65/66 - by 68 for sure had gone back to the roof, and not sure about before 65.
