For Sale:
1965 Chrysler New Yorker - restoration candidate or daily driver.
I am selling my New Yorker. I bought this with the intention of having an occasional driver I could restore. I have too many projects and realized I'll never get this to where it should be, so it needs to go.

413 engine, PS, PB, PW, AC

The brakes are OUT on this, you CAN NOT drive it home!
Went to run to the market about two months ago and the brake pedal went straight to the floor at the end of the driveway. I nursed it back to it's parking spot and haven't driven it since. The brakes were fine until this happened. I'm guessing the master cylinder / booster.

Things I know don't work:
Brakes - see above
AC (all the parts or there, but it's not hooked up - unknown condition)
Half of the power windows - driver's window is fine, power vent windows usually need help, front passenger and rear windows have no response at all.
Speedometer, clock and radio - guessing speedometer cable. Clock and radio - after over 50 years..who knows?
Windshield wipers and reverse lights work only when they want to, which isn't often. They both run through the headlight switch (headlights do work), so maybe a switch problem?

The paint's faded and chipped. The interior and weatherstripping could use some attention.

$1000
Clean Colorado title in my name.

Text only, I don't answer unknown numbers. I also work odd hours, so I might not get back to you immediately, but I WILL get back to you.

This is not an 'or best offer' listing. The price is firm.
If you don't have the cash, or haven't asked your significant other, or think that pointing out flaws will convince me to lower the price, then don't waste either of our time.

Don't need help selling, not interested in trades, no tire kickers......etc. You know the drill.

If you see this ad, it's still for sale.

I kinda want it but not willing to drive that far

If I had a grand and a way to get it I'd snatch that up. DAMN good price!

I appreciate it but I’d likely pass if it was down the street. The last thing I need is another project.

I think Mike ( @Zymurgy ) was looking for a slabby with A/C.

I'm tempted to sell our trailer, get that New Yorker and just live in it. Our family cats might object a bit though. HEYYY, anybody care to buy a fresh cat fir coat for $1k?

If it had a console I’d be all over it.:p

I'm looking at the windows.
Looks like original wood sashes with modern Thermpane. Yes?
You are correct sir but it has a heating system you would be surprised to find, a gravity system, so no A/C
