1966 Chrysler New Yorker

Have a nice 66 New Yorker in great shape except rear power windows are super slow to get up (need to gas it hard)
Any thoughts on repair or replace? Having hard time finding the parts. Thanks- Findhorn

Make sure all the moving parts and tracks are greased up for starters.
