1967 300 body panels

I just bought a 1967 as a project and it has the usual rust area on the rear quarters. Is the newport the same body panels other than the rear lights? Could I use a newport parts car for the panels?

If you are looking to replace the entire quarter panel, then Newport is different, but they can be made to work on the 300, same with panels from any '68 Chrysler. '67 New Yorker panels are the same as 300. If you are just patching in the bottoms, anything will work, '67-'68, coupe or 4 door.
