1967 Fury II Wagon tail gate parts ID/search

Currently Working on the restoration (just back to functional) of the tailgate panels and decking and I am trying to ID the part numbers and or alternative sources for the the following:

Tailgate Lower Interior Cover Panel:

Deck Trim Screws (the ones with the wide metal washer retainers) that hold down the rear desking vinyl:

Tailgate Exterior concave "PLYMOUTH" Trim Panel (I'm sure this one will be problematic):

any assistance on information for either MOPAR part numbers, aftermarket replacement part number/source, or other information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks James. I did see that one on eBay, but your post made me revisit and see the the guy has a bunch of parts for the car...some might be of interest.
