my 67 plymouth sits to low in rear. it has new leaf springs shackle bolts bushings and shocks can i make extenders to raise the rear stance?

Having replaced what you've stated should have it sitting level. Has someone jacked the torsion bars up? A pic would help.

Due to the Chrysler a-symetrical rear axle position on the leaf springs (forward of the center of the main leaf's middle) extended shackles did LITTLE to raise the rear of the cars. It just deflected the rear of the main leaf downward. Notice the relationship of the bottom of the rocker panel to the center of the wheel covers. Plus that the rocker panel should be parallel to the road surface.
