My right pass site hard brake line is rusted and the fitting has broken off. How do I measure for the size of hard line? Or does anyone know the proper size?

You may be in luck in that Inline Tube has a pattern for your car and you can order them prebent.

This is a link to their catalog page, go to the Mopar one: Catalogs

They didn't have what I needed for my Monaco, but after wasting a decent amount of money on bare tube I ruined trying to bend it, they made me some exact copies of my bad lines for a very reasonable price.

Those are some decent prices...180 for stainless....complete set....not bad. I have the 67 newport as well.

Speaking from experience......

Stainless brake lines are pretty but that's it.
Every time we handled stainless they all leaked!
Such a hard material they do not seal up very well at the nuts/fittings no matter how tight they are!
They do not have the same crush value that helps the metal seal up.
I bent up my own lines with regular steel and used a flaring tool.
The Ni-cad is very flexible, bends easily and is a good product if originality is not a priority.
